Finney Builders Inc. Is a full service General Contractor. We have been offering Quality Building services in the area since 1992. We also offer four Brands of Semi Custom Cabinetry, Hardwood Flooring, Carpet, Tile and many other building products which are on display in our showroom near Mooresville NC.

The things that made this experience really stand out were Mr. Finney and Drew's willingness to meet with me in a fashion that accommodated my irregular work schedule, their ability to point out ways to have the necessary work done in ways that would save money without sacrificing quality, their willingness to listen to me and take my preferences into consideration while still giving me the benefit of their experience and education, and the obvious pride they take in their work.
It is also of note that the estimate they gave me was accurate, although I understood that the quantity of material that would have to be used might go up or down because of the nature of the repairs. Even though part of the job was replacing rotten materials and the actual amount of damage wouldn't be clear until demolition started, the final price was within 2% o the amount quoted.
