When we started construction in Sept, 2017 we found that the lot was unusable without sinking at least $30k in a pier foundation. We could not afford that and now with are trying to sell the lot WITH FULL disclosures and it will not sell

Jay came recommended to me by another contractor, returned my phone call in a timely manner and actually showed up to provide a quote to demolish and remove an outbuilding from my property. His price was fair and in line with the other quotes I received. I selected him to do the work because he seemed nice, responsive and could get to the work when I needed it done - which happened to be on a Saturday.
While Jay and his crew were on my property performing the work I hired him to do, he was asked to help break up and remove a failed concrete pad and was kind enough to take the extra time on a Saturday to help.
Jay cleaned up a very messy demo site when he was all done and I was very pleased with how nice the area looked after he and his crew left.
Also, I asked Jay for a receipt for the work and had it emailed to me within minutes of him completing the work.
I would definitely work with Jay / his company again if the need arose and would highly recommend him / them.

NOT INTO BUILDING DOCKS, BUT THEY WILL INSTALL RIP RAP, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MY LAKE LOT.
