EXECUGREENS

They have always done a fantastic job. They have always managed it and has always been extremely helpful.

Right off the bat after installation the auto daylight sensors on the transformers never worked and they instead plugged a lamp timer into the wall to resolve. Then the bulbs started burning out - 10 bulbs burned out over 6 months. Everytime i called for them to come out they could not explain what the problem was....."this has never happened before". At present i have 6 bulbs out that have burned out since i replaced 4 bulbs and one light that doesn't work at all. I have asked numerous times for them to come out to repair or replace and they do not show up. Had an electrician over looking at other items and he took a look at what they had done and siad it was not to code!

We requested, and prepaid for Spring start up service on 3/20/06. It is now 4/16/06, and we have not heard from them. I have called 4 times to get an update, each time getting an answering machine. They refuse to call. In the meantime my lawn and shrubs are suffering. Their service after sales is terrible.

WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE CONNECTING WITH EXECUGREENS SERVICE DEPT DUE TO COMPUTER ISSUES ON THEIR PART AS WELL AS THE INCREASE IN COMMERCIAL WORK THEY HAVE SEEN RECENTLY. THEY WERE QUICK TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY IN CALLING US BACK THOUGH AND OFFERED TO WAIVE THE SERVICE CALL FEE THAT WOULD NORMALLY HAVE BEEN CHARGED. THEY CAME TWO DAYS AFTER THEY CALLED, MADE THE CHANGE AND SHOWED MY HUSBAND HOW TO MAKE FUTURE CHANGES FOR OURSELVES. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND QUICK TO FINISH THE WORK. THEY INSTALLED OUR IRRIGATION SYSTEM TWO YEARS AGO AND EVERY TIME WE HAVE CALLED THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH. DESPITE THE TROUBLE WE HAD GETTING A HOLD OF THEM, I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN - THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD TROUBLE CONNECTING.
