From the visit for the for the service call to determine our issue to the completion of our old HVAC replacement, the experience was great and our downtime was minimal. Through my experience I can say…“Over and beyond Excellent!” I called Evergreen by a competitor’s recommendation, since they were booked solid up for a few days. Believe me, I was very surprised at the referral, but was assured of Evergreen’s honesty and competency. I thanked them and proceeded to call Evergreen. Danielle at Evergreen got my call and was very understanding of my situation (heatwave), even though they were booked up, she was able to squeeze me in. Glen was at my home within the hour, found the problem, removed the part that was creating additional heat, and ordered the part needed! Evergreen is a family owned business I would also recommend! Starting with daughter Danielle, who was so sweet and compassionate of my situation. Glen the Dad, who promptly and correctly diagnosed the problem in the attic, removed the part to stop the extra heat while waiting for the new part (profusely sweating. ? Finally, Daniel, the son, who personally went and picked up the part, installed it in the attic, and even though he was also profusely sweating, ? plus working overtime, he was still smiling at the end of it all, just like his Dad Glen! It was refreshing and truly a pleasure dealing with such a caring and very respectful family like theirs!! ? The only thing I would’ve preferred, since I’m retired and on a fixed income, is that the diagnostic fee would’ve been applied to the total repair charge or have a senior discount. ?
