I called Ernie to have him come look over what was to be done and to discuss cost and schedule. I felt the estimate was fair and I knew the estimate would be the same as the final price. I provided Ernie a check for a 50% deposit prior to beginning the work. He gets the paint I request and all needed materials. At the conclusion of the project I paid him the final 50%. I am very pleased with his work and we are already planning next spring's project.
