 + -1 moreThey never showed up or ever answered to calls or emails when the valve failed barely one year lat er. We had a " LIFETIME WARRANTY" for parts AND LABOR. Yet calls to both Reeves Vaughn and Mark Romano were ignored this year when the valve failed. Fortunately, Grundfos, the manufacturer, was not happy to hear of our ordeal and had their regional distributor Snider, Inc. provide us a free valve which I had to install myself. We reported Ecoflow's failure to abide by their own warranty to the regional Sales Manager for Grundfos as well. Lifetime warranties are meaningless if the company has no intention to stand behind it. Hence why we are rating the ordeal a D overall.
Description of Work: We contracted Ecoflow to install a GRUNDFOS recirculation hot water pump. At the time they were doing business in conjunction with "FanMan" at many trade shows. The recirculation pump uses a valve to ensure instant hotwater from showers and avoids wasting running the water waiting for hot water. While they showed up on time, and installed the pump and valve fine (including having an electrician add an outlet by our water heater for power).
