Our experience with Eastern Roof Technologies was a fantastic one. The old adage goes, get 3 quotes and take the one in the middle. That’s what we did, but ERT ended up being just as much as the company who had the smallest quote. The difference was in the guarantees that came with their product and labor. That’s what was important to us. We dealt with several different employees and they were all polite and punctual in replies. We got a card in the mail too from Keren, which was a nice touch. It’s those small things that a business might think to themselves “They’re not going to care about stuff like a card, why would we do something like that?” but ERT did, and we appreciated it. They also sent someone to our house which was pretty much the deal-maker. We had another company do that as well, and it really makes a huge difference when they bring you samples, show you pictures, and explain things to you. Getting a new roof is a big purchase, and possibly the most important. Someone should always be willing to shake your hand and sit down with you to talk it over, and ERT did. When the crew came to the job they made sure it was a day without rain. Initially, it was to be done on Friday but there was a possibility for rain. We had to delay one day, and we were very much OK with that. That communicated with us and I was happy with that. Saturday would be the day for us. I knew they had another big job going on, and Saturday is obviously a day that you would want to really apply the most pressure to your big projects if you’re a roofing company. But we didn’t have any rain on Friday. I appreciated that they put the quality of their work first though, rather than rushing to knock off a project from their queue. I recognized that right away, and whether or not that was the case, I’ll stick to believing just that. The crew came bright and early and got right to work. They were careful, polite, courteous of the objects around the house, didn’t ask to come in (though we were happy to invite them in when we had the chance,) and they cleaned up every spot they touched. If you’re happy with the price, and all things seem to be considered equal with choosing a roofing company, go with these guys. They’re family run, and I can attest to the quality from start to finish.

Great!...They clearly spelled-out what they are going to do. Coordinated with roof Inspector and Ins. Co. and provide a smooth transaction between all parties concerned. John (salesman) stayed involved throughout the process to insure everything was going alright. I don't think I could have selected a better Contractor to install a totally new roof.

I found Eastern Roofing's work to be first-rate, using high quality products and professional and reliable labor. Brian and the team were great throughout the project, both courteous and responsive. I also found their services to be competitively priced. Very pleased and would recommend them without reservation.

Immediate response to my need/call; as well as repair of my roof and the damaged flooring in the attic. Great customer service; provided a phone call after the repair to insure that I was happy with the repairs that had been made. I highly recommend!

Brian arrived for his estimate on time. He always calls if he is running late, he is very courteous and straight forward.  He returned his estimate in a timely manner. We choose 2 other "big name" local company's for estimates as well, while we did eventually receive estimates from them, we went with Eastern anyway. ERT's price was compatible with the others or even slightly higher, we just felt based on our conversations with Brian that ERT was the company to go with. They started the job as promised. They arrive around 8am, and work straight through, a few days until 7pm. Their crews were courteous and hard working. The job was completed in the estimated time frame (except for a couple rain days). The quality of their work and materials, and the friendliness of their staff was great.

We would definitely recommend ERT to our neighbors for gutters, paint, or roof replacement.

Brian kept in touch and was patient with us, while we waited for our other two contractors to "get back to us" with their estimates. Also, Keren (ERT Operation Manager) is also a delight to work with. She drove out to our house to drop off some samples when Brian was not available. She is a very knowledgeable lady.

The crew was very professional in their work.  Most of roof is a 12/12 pitch, so safety was always a concern.  Generally the crew members performed well from the safety standpoint but some improvement could have been made.  From the quality of work, they did a great job - finished product looks great, very good cleanup, gutters replaced exactly as needed, excellent warranty and very satisfied with the overall job.  Owner of the company checked on job several times and was always polite and asked for any details that he needed to know about my satisfaction.   I will use the company again if roofing work is required, and would highly recommend them - best roof job I've ever had done (3rd roof replacement on this house - have been at this address 40 years)

It went well with them. Clean-up was pretty good. There were no issues with filing with insurance.

They did an excellent job. The clean-up was also excellent. Communication and pricing with them were very good. They worked with our insurance company regarding the paperwork and did an excellent job with this as well.
