I am shocked when I look at the reviews on this site. I've had nothing but disappointment time and time again from this company. I've paid thousands of dollars and continue to be shocked at the lack of service and communication I receive. Weeds not pulled, 3/4ths of my shrubs cut and when I brought it to their attention they missed an entire area, they never came to fix it! Honestly my yard looked better before they started. I do have a big yard so maybe they just need to stick to developments. I've yet to see them at my property since before Christmas! It's always an excuse when they finally do call back. I don't take the time to do these posts very often but I felt like I had to this time. They have a great service on paper, but they don't follow through with it. If you do use them, blow up their phones when they don't show up to do their work. Not sure that would even help.

Richard contacted us very shortly after our inquiry. He is very professional and conscientious. His bid came in less than most and did a much better job than anyone we have used before for the same service. Incredibly pleased with Dynamic Landscape Services and highly recommend them.

We bought a second home on the lake in 2016 that was thoroughly overgrown & has a large yard. We contacted Dynamic Landscaping because of the quality of work on a neighbor’s property. They provided very useful suggestions to manage our plantings and maintain the landscape. They cut & treated the grass, trimmed the shrubs, managed the irrigation system, & removed the leaves in the fall. As we approach the end of our first year, we are very happy with the neat appearance of our lake home. We highly recommend Dynamic for any landscaping needs.

I hired them for my new landscaper/gardener after they did a good job with a comprehensive spring cleanup.

Damaged my front lawn during Aeration claiming the lawn was too wet. I accept that problem but he kept going after realinzing it was wet and ripped up many areas of the lawn and promised to come back with some seed and peat moss cover. It never happened and I spent another hundred dollars to fix the damage. I paid him promply for each of the services and there were about three, but he kept sending me a second billing on each service which required me to send him a paid invoice to square away his accounting. Realy a nice person but just couldn't tolerate the poor management of the company and his lack of follow-up!

Richard is very professional and friendly. Looking forward to working with this small business owner, rather than a large national company. We just started with the lawn service, and were very satisfied with the job done!

Company was hired to reestablish lawn, including killing existing lawn, aerate, seed, and setting up sprinklers on timers, and then follow-up fertilizing and treatment. We signed a contract with Richard Coleman to complete this work and made a partial payment up front. They killed lawn (but only front yard, rather than entire lawn) and put down new seed but failed to set up sprinklers. We were not informed of this, and therefore the grass never grew and we were left with a yard that was killed. It had to be left all summer until we could re-do the work in the fall. We attempted to contact the owner numerous times for status updates (this was for an investment property), and to remedy the situation once we were made aware he did not follow through on the contract. He did not contact us back despite numerous attempts (calls, texts, emails). We paid 50% up front and were left with a killed lawn and we ended up spending a lot to correct what they killed and to reestablish the lawn. If the owner had informed us that he was unable to follow through with setting up sprinklers, then we would have made sure that was done on our end so the lawn wasn’t destroyed. We finally got ahold of the owner once, and he agreed to refund what we paid, however after several follow-up calls and emails we still never received the refund. We had a contract signed with him and he failed to complete the agreed upon work. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Just been with them for 3.5 months but so far so good

I believe if you're under contract for monthly services, the company should be on your property once a week doing some sort of maintenance or mowing. This has not occurred yet. Our property is large and certainly has plenty of work to be attended to. I am hopeful this changes. The quality when someone arrives is fine.

Very professional! Does an amazing job. Uses the proper equipment for each job and doesn't cut corners. Ex: actually uses Edger not a weed eater for edging.
