The surveyors did a great job when they arrived and completed the work on the property in one day. The office staff were very nice and professional. We handled most correspondence via email. There was a delay from the original appointment due to Hurricane Florence and had to be rescheduled. They are a busy business so sometimes you have to remind them of where you are in the process to proceed to the next step but they responded immediately and followed through. The cost of the survey was about what I expected. If you need to have your property surveyed within a particular time period, schedule as far in advance as possible due to their popularity. There were not any surprises. A great organization to work with. Highly recommended.

Very good experience overall.  From initial contact, they provided availability and emailed information over right away to confirm appointment.  I called them the day before to confirm and they had me on the schedule.  Day of survey it had been raining in the morning, but they showed up and got straight to work.  With the lot location, it was not easy to find the markers but they eventually  found them.  On the day of the survey, we had asked them to provide additional side markers in order to plan the location for a fence for our dogs.   Even though their work was stopped at some points due to the rain, they completed the regularly scheduled survey and the additional request as well  They really went above and beyond what I had expected due to the lousy weather conditions.  Will highly recommend these men.  Thanks

He did an outstanding customer service. He was quick, efficient and frank. He was outstanding. I called him one day and told him what I needed. There was some special circumstances. He accommodated me and was cheerful. I had no problem.
