Diamond Detailing

The customer service was excellent! Adam called after I submitted a request, was professional on the phone, and took the time to figure out what my goals were. They came with a work van with all required supplies, showed up on time, and completed everything exactly as promised. The results were even better than I had anticipated! My car looks so good and feels like new again.

Very well, as this was a gift certificate purchase for a Christmas present to our son.
Adam & I met to arrange the gift certificate, which came in a personalized stylish envelope.
An excellent communicator, Adam & I worked around some weather concerns and got a date & time set.
Adam came out to the house  do the work himself, and it's clear he knows of what he speaks -- and works very hard to leave an outstanding impression. He did.
He really puts the "elbow grease" into his work.
I would highly recommend Adam as he's pleasant , professional and most importantly fairly priced.
I'm thinking about getting another certificate for my wife very soon.

Adam came to our office, which made it so convenient! They did an amazing job! I felt like my 2004 Toyota is brand new again! They were very detailed in their work, didn't find any little spot that they missed. I would hire him again... they are very professional and they do a great job!

Phenomenal in one word. I wanted to give my business to someone local and although they did not have too many ratings on Angie's List and after speaking with Adam I decided to give him a try and am so glad I did. I can honestly report that the complete detail of my car (which has never been detailed!) looks like the day it rolled out of the show room. I am totally gob-smacked! Thank you Adam and Andrew for an A+ job. Job extremely well done and you both are wonderful to deal with. We no longer need to search any further. You have earned us as future customers.

I had hired Adam twice last year to detail my vehicle and he did a top notch job so I hired him again this week to wash the vinyl siding on my house. He reconfirms apppointments and is on time. He is pleasant and honorable besides being competent and careful in his work. I am overly concerned about pressure on windows breaking a seal and I stressed this to him and all went perfectly well. He uses the proper additives to the water and just enough pressure, but too much, to do the job well. He also used a soft brush on some areas. My vinyl siding now is perfectly clean. I plan to hire Adam again in a couple of months to do wash my vehicle again and to wash the interior of my screened porch; he said he could do the sides and the ceiling and the ceiling fan. It is well worth having him do this than for me to try to do it myself.

Adam and his helper arrived on time and they did an incredible job on both the inside and outside of our rather old and dirty cars. I was particulary impressed when Adam noticed a scratch that I had on one side of my Camry and offered to fix that for a very reasonable price. They spent many hours on each car and we are very pleased. . Note that the price sited was due to a Living Social price offering I got via an email plus the extra for the scratch repair. You wlll not be disappointed by these guys, they are great and attend to every detail.

This is the second time Adam has detailed my Honda CRV. I learned about him by stopping by to talk with him when I saw him working on a vehicle in the driveway of another house on my street. I immediately had a good gut feel about him and got his number and called him to do mine last year. He did mine recently for a second time. (my neighbor saw him in my driveway and hired him to pressure wash his house.) Adam is on time and personable and extremely fair. It is evident that he respects the vehicles. Has his own complete neat and high quality equipment. Takes his time; doesn't rush the job. Completely vacuums and cleans inside and out, top to bottom, and mats and the whole works! He makes good suggestions and has good advice when I asked questions about my vehicle. I was overwhelmingly pleased when, the day after he was here, a small issue arose and I called him to see if it could be related to the result of the detailing job he did......he immediately and unhesitatingly said he would come to my house and take care of it. It turns out that, after we found out what exactly had happened, it had nothing at all to do with his detailing job.....and I got the issue taken care of on my own. But, I was extremely impressed that Adam was not the least bit defensive, but wanted to just "make it right" whatever it was. I wil use him again to detail my vehicle and I will make an appointment with him to pressure wash my house.

I have actually been using Diamond Detailing (Adam) for a number of months now. I just realized that I could add a provider of services, so here I am doing just that. Adam does a great job for me and a few of my neighbors too. He is a very diligent young man, a true pleasure to work with. And he does an excellent job.
