David has always been prompt, professional and courteous with us.  We always felt like we were given a fair appraisal of the problem at hand and never taken advantage of by him.  I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is terrific!

Very courteous and professional service. Returned initial call within 30 minutes of leaving a message and he was at the house within an hour. Removed and replaced the water heater, inspected the installation, cleaned up, and reviewed the operation of the new water heater with me before leaving. From initial call to project complete was approximately 4 hours.

Went very well!! David was on time, actually a little early, beat me to the house as I was coming from work. He explained to me what the issues were, showed me each part that he replaced and explained what was going on. He could have probably charged me a fortune for the upstairs bathroom as we had no idea what was wrong but thought it was something very simple and said we should try that first to see if it doesn't correct the situation before we would start cutting through walls etc. I would highly recommend David and will definitely use him again should the need arise!!!

I called at 5:30 pm and he answered his phone and said he would come and check on the leak/broken water heater. He explained that it needed replacing. The next day he called with an estimate and the following day installed it. Very professional.
