He made the house look like new! They are top notch, you can’t beat them. I would use them to do anything. They always send the right number of people to get the job done in the most efficient amount of time. They clean up nicely and don't leave a mess. they bring all of their own equipment. they are waht you are looking for when you are looking for a professional to do something at a reasonable price. I also had estimates to have other work done.

Chad Schneider gave us a quote to install a deck on the footprint of our old deck. We intend to add a roof at a later date, so it was instrumental to our plan that the contractor ready our deck project with that in mind. Chad and his crew are very efficient and conscientious about their work. We had previously bought some composite decking, but not enough for our project. The supplier informed us that the colors couldn't be matched because they were colored in "batches." Chad suggested getting the color that closely matched what we had and doing an every other board pattern. It turned out GREAT! I know my photos don't do it justice, but it looks like an intentional plan. We like the way Chad thinks; our deck looks great and it saved us some money. The posts on the deck are installed to hold a roof. Chad also put temporary bracing on the tall posts to secure them until we are ready to add the roof.

We found CMS Contractors through neighborhood friends. We contacted the owner, Chad Schneider, and arranged an appointment for an estimate. We received the estimate on March 11, 2008. Chad was more than willing to work with us to have our siding requirements done in stages. On April 1, 2008, we signed a contract to have numbers 1, 2 and 3 completed. It was completed in a week. We called Chad again in July and made the initial payment on the second contract to have numbers 4 and 5 done on July 21, 2008. The balance was paid on July 24, 2008 when the job was in the final stages. The CMS Contractor crew and the owner, Chad Schneider, were always on time, professional, friendly and personable. We were also impressed with the communication. If there was even a minor change in timing because of weather, acquisition of supplies or traffic, Chad kept us informed.
