Sand blasting is the only way I know of to remove old sealer from a textured surface like stamped concrete & still have the same texture when completed. We used Smiths Nature Shield pigmented penetrating urethane to recolor & seal the surface, which wouldn't have worked if there was any old sealer on there. Ryan did a great job!
