The work was incredible. People have commented on the design and craftsmanship. They showed up on time each day, and my home was immaculate when they left. Best of all the price was more than fair and the projects were completed on time!

Very disappointed with this contractor. Was referred to Castle Rock through another contractor friend of his and I first contacted him on October 3rd. From the start everything seemed to be going well. Tony came to my home to look at my project, had suggestions and ideas and agreed to work up a quote but indicated that, because he had so many jobs currently in progress, it would be five or six weeks before he would be able to have a quote written up. I had no problem with this since I was planning to have the work done in February or early Spring anyway. At the end of week six I e-mailed him to check on the proposal and he replied that he would have one to me in about seven days which ended on a Sunday. It actually took until the following Wednesday to receive some raw numbers with the notation that he he could send me a detailed (itemized) formal quote if I want to proceed. Well yeah!! I did. So almost another week passed before I received that e-mail. After taking a couple of days to analyze the proposal I was actually able to catch him by phone in his office one morning and related that I was interested in proceeding with his company to have him do the work. Like an initial contract there are usually some omissions, additions, language and such that needed to be adjusted to the contract and that I did not see any problems to those issues being worked out and Tony agreed. He mention he had to get some pricing yet from a supplier for a special order vanity mirror. That was fine and it was just one of the things to be adjusted to the contract before signing a deal. Per his request I sent him over my list of amendments for the contract with the intention he would make adjustments to produce a final document and that any other minor changes could be hand written in and initialed at a final meeting at my home The deal could be closed and the planning could get started and a begin date set. At this point, I should emphasize that at no point during this entire process were there any disagreements, arguments or harsh words exchanged. If there was any tension in our deals I definitely would not have moved forward. Everything seemed to be proceeding normally. So after another few days Tony sent me an email telling me the he did not think he would be a good fit for my job. He is too busy to travel 30 minutes to my home everyday to oversee his crew. He took my job because the had another job around the corner.........."That fell through".........."his crew is two persons short"......... "his workers are very busy, they don't want to go (to my town)............" I(he) can make twice the money in two months of commercial work than he does in 12 months of residential construction" Fine and Dandy.......But shouldn't he have told me all this up front to avoid getting to the point where he just drops the ball and decides to bail , leaving me to start all over again after wasting numerous months in the process. So, after this experience I would not recomend this contractor to anyone. While he may be a good remodeler, he has exhibited himself to me as lacking in professional ethics and good judgement.

Anthony completely renovated our master bath shower that was built poorly with a dysfunctional design by the original builders/owners. he created a new, larger unit with proper drainage and sloping. The new design included new tiled back wall, tiled shower floor, granite shower threshold and custom frameless shower glass doors. He also put in a entire new bathroom floor and re-did the wood moldings under the vanities. It's also low maintenance as he used waterproof tile sealer so we never have to re-grout the tile, and the glass doors have a special coating to prevent water streaks and soap residue. The before and after is amazing, like night and day. We couldn't be more pleased.

Tony gutted and renovated our master bathroom, and did a light overhaul of our guest bath (cabinets, counters, fixtures, and lighting). A neighbor recommended Tony after completing her bathrooms, and we knew we were in good hands after seeing his work at her house. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to work with him on this project! We are very pleased with the result! Tony recommended places to select our counters, tile, bathroom fixtures, and lighting. He negotiated excellent discounts on our behalf and priced his work fairly, helping to keep our costs as low as possible. The work took five weeks to complete, as there was a lot to be done. Tony did all the gutting and tile work himself, and used subs to install the plumbing, painting, cabinets, glass shower, and counters. He was here just about every day, and was always meticulous about cleaning up each day before leaving. Tony has a strong attention to detail, and the tile work was amazing. Tony is absolutely trustworthy, and I never worried about having him--or his subs--in my house for this extended period. We are very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again for any major project!
