Allison Martin is an amazing designer and project manager.  From our first meeting in their showroom, we knew we were in great hands.  Allison listened to our wants and likes and pulled together two beautiful and functional designs.  Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the professionalism and workmanship of everyone, i.e., demolition team, electrician, plumber, painter, tile installers, etc., was beyond our expectations.  Other than the installation of a couple towel racks (which was our delay, not theirs), this job was completed in three weeks!
We are so pleased with work that we have already hired them again to renovate our guest bath in September.  The design for that bath is already complete, and we are looking forward to another beautiful room.

We were very pleased with the service. Their price was competitive, work performed on schedule.  Downtime was minimized. The granite contractor showed up the day cabinets were installed to make the template for the granite. 10 days later, granite was installed. The plumber showed up while the granite team was here, & plumbing was installed. Everyone worked together. Excellent work.

They were fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very thorough and clean. It did take about a week longer than they expected it to but the work was so good that I didn't mind. My rep was named Erin and she really did a wonderful job. Before I signed with them Erin came to my home to look at two different tiles I couldn't choose between. She was so helpful. I will continue to use the plumber that is part of her team. I will certainly be using them for tile again in the future.

These guys are true professionals:  never tried to gouge me, provided very sensible options, and did superior installation work.  The entire experience was positive, and we're absolutely delighted with the results.

It was a pleasure working with Carolinas Custom Kitchen and Bath.  Allison in particular was a great help.  She was always an e-mail away to answer any questions or concerns. She guided us in the process, and asked pertinent questions to help understand what we wanted to accomplish.  Unlike another contractor we had obtained a quote from she did NOT try to sell us products or services that we did not want to increase the bottom line.  More importantly she cheerfully answered the many questions we had through out the entire course of the process and gladly adjusted the estimate as we made changes.  Everyone that came to the house were professional and courteous.  We were informed about each step and when contractors would arrive and in every instance their arrival was within 15 minutes of the stated time.  The gentlemen who came to install the tile back splash spent considerable time working with us to determine a design layout that was pleasing and in the end we decided on a design that was considerably different and much better than the original lay-out we had tentatively chosen in the show room.  From start to finish everyone in this company worked with us and we felt that their goal was to insure we were happy with the final product not just to complete a job. 

The final cost was less than the original estimate because of changes we made in process.  They did not even quibble  when we decided to complete the plumbing ourselves instead of using their plumber.  Not only that but everyone who came out cleaned up after they had completed their work.

Overall we had a positive experience. However, the project exceeded the original bid due to miscaluations.

My wife and I moved from Michigan this past spring to spend more time with our grandchildren.  Fortunately, we found a house nearby to them.  But unfortunately, it had an absolutely terrible kitchen which we found completely unworkable.  We had no choice but to have it gutted and redone.  So we began to interview a host of contractors to look it over and give us their suggestions and quotes.

The first two contractors gave us ideas and options running into thousands more than we could afford.  Our last contractor, Carolinas Custom Kitchen & Bath Center not only came within our budget but, Erin our designer and coordinator, walked in and very coolly sized up our situation in just a few moments, made some very sound suggestions and provided a drawing and quote in just a few days.  Jason, Donald and Todd, our workmen, were just great; friendly, accommodating, timely, hardworking, and most importantly, extremely talented and proficient.

Our time lines were always on track and Erin stayed on top of our project on a day-to-day basis.  She was fully professional and absolutely wonderful to work with. She quickly responded to all of our questions and managed any concerns we had along the way. And Erin's ideas were always welcome because they we found them practical and financially feasible.  Well, the project went very smoothly and our kitchen is finished and we love it.  We've had plenty of time to use it, and it's simply fabulous.  It's attractive, unique, and extremely functional.

We would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to our family and friends.  As a matter-of-fact, we hope to have Carolinas Custom Kitchen & Bath Center design and install a custom made cabinet for the wall of our breakfast nook in the near future. And sometime down the road, have them return to re-design our master bath.

This was a VERY complex project involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical and tile work.  Erin was the Project Manager. She was our expert in the design and planning stages, and then she brilliantly oversaw every aspect of the project.  She obtained all needed materials and kept everything on schedule, and she kept us informed of all activities ahead of time. She also ensured that workers did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day so we were able to live in complete comfort despite the work. She also performed a quality control inspection upon project completion. The end result was a stunning bathroom transformation, and her initial cost estimate was only about $14 off--absolutely amazing!  Every member of the Carolinas K&BC team was highly enthusiastic and extremely professional. My wife and I are always leery of home remodeling contractors; so, this turned out to be a VERY refreshing experience for us. The materials and work were of the highest quality, and I'm 100% confident I got my money's worth. Angie, this firm deserves an A+.

we decided that we wanted to redo our kitchen...we looked at the services of IKEA and decided that we would go locally to Carolina's custom Kitchen and bath. They showed us examples of their work...we picked out what we wanted to do. they replaced the floor in the kitchen and the hallway behind it, they contracted out to Mazzone Carpentry to do the cabinets . He did an excellent job and we were satisfied

Excellent work by Larry Mazonne and Brian Gallucci. Larry installed cabinets and did a lot of detail work. Things we would never have thought of. Brian installed a new window and replastered the ceiling. Always on time and professional.

There is a learning curve to be sure. It seems that most projects like ours will take at least one month but ours took longer. You should ask a lot of questions like the inside dimension of drawers, specifically how many door and drawers will soft close, placement of niches, towel racks, etc. Don't take anything for granted. Visualize how doors and drawers will open and effect other surfaces and or standing room and inquire. Once the project was completed and we got the house clean, my wife and I agreed that we love it.

They were very professional, very knowledgable, very easy to work with, dependable, on time. There was nothing bad to say!

The cost included the travel cost. My son recommended them. I used them and it was a pleasure having them here. They did superior work. When we move to North Carolina, we plan to use them to remodel the kitchen and bathroom.
