Nathan Brannen contacted by phone around 11 AM. A tech was working in the area, so Nathan said he would stop by in the that afternoon. Kane arrived shortly after 1 PM. Problem efficiently handled and he was gone by shortly after 2 PM. I now have an older a/c with state-of-the-art programmable thermostat.

It all went well.

We just moved into a new home in May and the first few months of summer were brutal.  The old HVAC system had two a/c units and the older one just finally couldn't handle it anymore.  We called another firm the previous homeowners had used, thinking they'd be familiar with the system but, despite their knowing the coil was leaking, they just pumped in more refrigerant and said the coil would hold up for another 6 months.  Less than 48 hours later it was blazing hot again.
One call into Nathan and Blu Sky, whom we'd used at our previous residence of 14 years, and the problem was solved - quickly responsive, accurate in diagnosis, reasonable in price and professional in all aspects of their service.
Our family is very grateful to Blu Sky - when the coil went out we'd just had an unexpected funeral for our family, with family from out of town we hadn't seen in 20 years, staying with us in our inferno of a home.  By the time Nathan got us back up and running, the relief of the cold blowing air was most welcome by all!

I have used this company commercially for about ten years and more recently started using them at my residence to troubleshoot an issue my previous home vendor could not fix. I have found Nathan to be honest and trustworthy, qualities I look for in repair vendors. I will continue using his company in the future.
