Baker Wash was contracted by my Townhome HOA to clean the exterior of all the units on my street. My unit is especially challenging to clean, being an end unit with a basement and a Trex deck that has no stairs to the ground. Baker Wash worked until everything was spotless! There are hard to reach areas of my home that previous contractors either failed to clean or poorly cleaned, and all others refused to clean my Trex deck. Baker Wash cleaned everything perfectly. They are extremely courteous and professional. They used ladder standoffs to prevent damage to the gutters. They are the first contractors ever to ask permission to park in my driveway. They used my water to clean a number of the other homes, since my home is where their truck was parked and is centrally located to a number of other homes. At the end of the day, they knocked on my door and paid me for the water usage, explaining why they used my water and thanking me for my understanding. Unbelievable!
