The first guy that came out wanted me to sign up for $200 more saying we had more pest problems. They were really good about sending another guy out to fix the issue. The other guy said we did not have any problem.

Arrow was chosen because they had what I considered a good treatment plan and a reasonable initial treatment cost. I plan to continue to have them do an annual inspection at a cost of $260.00/year which will include replacing the baits and structural repairs should it ever become necessary. The long term cost was about mid-range for the three companies. My house has a basement and a slab floor in the garage.
The two service men arrived on time and completed the work in about two hours. They:
.1) trenched about 3/4 of the exterior of the house and applied the termiticide in the trenches; 2) drilled the garage slab and a basement patio area on an 18-24 inch pattern and injected termiticide into the holes; 3) patched/filled the drill holes; 4) covered/filled the trench around the house; 5) placed 23 bait stations at intervals around the entire house; 6) cleaned up their works areas and left.
Every individual I worked with and talked to on the phone was very courteous and thorough in their explanations. Any questions I had were fully answered. Overall I was very pleased with the entire process.
