Amazing Maids

Proprietor was supposed to show up in the morning.  I never received a call all though when she showed up after 1:30PM she claimed to have called me and left a message.  I did not receive such message.  I believe that she did try to call as there have been a few prior instances were there have been issues with her phone service.  But this was an inconvenience, since I started to clean my home in the am thinking she was a no show.  She was however, polite through the entire process.  

After the house was done (in 3 hours), she did a hasty run through with me.  I told her I needed to change my cleaning service from bi-weekly to monthly for the time being.  She told me that she would look at her schedule and get back to me.  I never heard back from her again.

I went through the house after she and her daughter left and found the powder room mirror was never touched, smudges and water spots were still on the mirror.  Back of faucets were not scrubbed and mildew was still there.  Shower Wall grout had mildew that was very visible and I ended up rescrubbing the walls to remove the mildew which was not heavy to begin with.  

Den couch has wood frame and the dust was still there, was overlooked.

Grease on some areas over the cook top were also overlooked  Floor was just quickly mopped over as I ran a moist towel over it and there was quite a bit of dirt on it.  I was disappointed, since her rating was an A and her referrals were positive.

I  remove all clutter before cleaners come in to make their jobs flow better and  was not impressed with the initial "deep clean".  I am sorry to give a negative report, but I did not feel this service was not through enough to warrant their initial cleaning fee.  I have since found another cleaning crew through Angie's list and hope to have a better experience.

Went well...her and her daughter arrived and began cleaning while my 4 kids and I had school. She did exactly as we had talked about and the house smelled great and the floors looked wonderful when they were done!

Very well, MIchelle does a very detailed job. Have her coming on a bi-weekly basis. Very happy with her work

Michelle, the owner, is Amazing! My parents had been gone from their house for a year. A year of cobwebs and dust had made the house dingy and sitting well water had made the toilets and bathrooms horrible. Michelle worked it into her schedule to do a one time clean at very short notice. The house and bathrooms looked fabulous! I can not give this woman enough praise. Will hire and recommend again and again and again!

It's great-my house is spotless. The owner Michelle always comes sometimes with another person sometimes by herself. She detail cleans the bathrooms and the kitchen, and does a great job on the rest of the house also. Little things are done like she always removes the hard water and soap stains on the glass shower doors and she cleans the drip pans under the stove-top burners.

Great job in cleaning, but can't recommend them anymore after a theft incident.
