She went above and beyond both times I worked with her. She made pamphlets to leave in the home that looked very professional. She helped me every step of the way and was available when I needed her even after the contracts were signed all the way up until closing. I never worried if important steps would be completed because she was reliable and punctual. She worked well with other realtors, lawyers, and contractors. I would definitely recommend her to sell your home or help you look for a home to buy. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and will go to bat for you and what you need.

When we sold our home, it was our first experience selling. Lisa was very helpful in answering any questions, guiding us through the process, and partnering with us which ultimately led to the selling of our house in under a week. It was an incredible experience and reduced the stress of moving. On our recent home purchase, it was a last minute decision. Lisa is an expert and she made the process of buying our first home really easy. We had just moved from NY to NC and did not know much about the area. When we came to Lisa we only knew that we wanted to pay the same amount monthly that we were paying for our rental apartment and that we wanted a little more space than what we had. With that small amount of information she started seaching. Every few days she had some new homes and new areas to discuss. Together we picked the houses that seemed best and went to look at them. Lisa asked me to put together a list describing everything I  was looking for in a home; she then provided the best choices available.
