Hvac replaced. If you need anything done about heating and air, save yourself time and money and stop reading, call these guys and know you're in the best hands. Unbelievable great company in all aspects! I Had homeowners insurance, which was a ripoff btw- they kept wanting to patch a very old unit instead of replace it, and we did that for several years (each time paying for service calls and "patches" and more freon, even though it has been leaking freon for years. This time, after paying my homeowners insurance, which cost around $600 annually and the $99 service fee (again, I had to pay twice a year at least to keep fixing an old unit), the homeowners insurance company also wanted another $400 to "patch" old parts together abd replace another part (even though the service company they sent out said the unit wouldn't make it another two months even with the repairs). when I asked that other company that the homeowners insurance sent out how much it would cost to replace it, they wanted $8900 for a lesser quality unit than I got from Air Dynamics. I am SO glad I researched and read reviews on hvac companies before buying! I chose Air Dynamics due to their outstanding ratings (and a few friends recommended them as well). They was the BEST company to work with by far. I got estimates from 3 other companies, but I ended up with a much better unit from Air Dynamics (by better I mean more energy efficient, 10 year parts and 10 year service, better brand, etc) at a lower cost. The initial Cost was around $7k before discounts and rebates- but it really ended up costing us only $4000 because The owner of Air Dynamics helped us understand how we could get a refund from the homeowners insurance for all the parts, "patches," and labor they were going to pay out to patch our old unit (I didn't know I could do that!), plus rebates, etc. With better pricing from Air Dynamics, we were even able to upgrade to a more energy efficient unit instead of the basic one we were going to get (thus a rebate). The installers were awesome. Friendly, professional and took their time to explain how everything worked. They earned my trust for sure! After summer was over and cold weather set in, they come back out at no cost to make sure the heat worked as expected (it did). My energy bill has been on average $45 lower each month compared to previous years as well. I'm relieved to know that if there's any problem in the next 10 years we are covered by a company I can trust.

We have been using them for years, we love them. They know what they're doing. They're our heating and air people. We have geothermal heat pumps, which are not your typical air heat pumps. You have to know what you're doing. They're a little bit more complicated and we have been using them for 20 years.

Pro's from start to finish. They honored our yellow page discount & stayed in the cold while our system was repaired.

I think there was just one worker that came out. He was very good. He was also very prompt. I think their price was a fair price. I did not have any problems with his punctuality.

We have an annual contract that we signed. Their people are wonderful and they come out right away. Their receptionist is wonderful. We've used them for several years. We had a problem once in the past and the service was prompt and they were very good. We checked around regarding pricing and they were the best. Their quality and what they provided for our air conditioning was perfect. They responded immediately when I called with a problem with our air conditioner. They have an on call service. They were the best at their professionalism. They are very family oriented and very professional in what they do. We will absolutely continue to use them.

The tech came out and discovered a mouse had committed suicide in the fan, that was why it was vibrating. He came out the same day we called, was on time and took care of the problem. Very professional, prompt and has been at our house before. Air Dynamics has handled all our air and heating problems and maintenance too for years. Felt bad about the mouse and would rather have spent the money on something pretty, but glad it wasn't a bigger problem.

Fixed my heating system by replacing fire dampers

Air Dynamics demonstrate a professional attitude from the start of the project to the end. Everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely helpful. This was a major project for us and all work was completed in one day. Technicans were skilled and impressive. All work areas were cleaned to the point it was hard to tell any work was performed. I give Air Dynamics high marks.

We've used them for years to replace and do maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units. This was a maintenance visit. Everything was in good working order. Bad news is furnace is getting older and will need replacing probably sooner than later. They have always done a great job keeping us warm and cool.

Air Conditioner wasn't working. The system froze in one of the units. They defrost one unit and repaired the other one. They came and gave an estimate, called me to tell me what was wrong and what they needed to do before they continued with the work. We came to a price and they were there the next day to do the job. Everything worked out well. This is a rental home and I did it all over the phone and the renters were grateful for the quite response. System now working. I would use them again without question.

Went as well as I expected.

This company replaced our 15 year old heat pump. The quotes were very profession and offered several systems and options. Were able to resolve a wiring issue that others were not. They were on time and completed the job quickly. They said that they will return and check the system in about a month when we switch to heating. So far so good.

The tech performed standard preventive maintenance on my air handler and outside heat pump.

Very responsive on intial call. indicated 4 other neighbors called in within 30 minutes of my call. Offered to get back with me is other call similiar in nature for possible insurance claim.
Did not charge me for booster intially until we could determine is compressor under warranty or not, if I decided to replace.
Compressor not in warranty, opted for booster and circuit breaker replacement only.

We've used both of the "big guys" before for our service contracts and they were always trying to sell us on other products or things we didn't need. Air Dynamics didn't do this at all. They did the annual service check and were really quick and efficient. Very professional and answered all my questions without ever trying to get me to buy something. This first interaction was great!

The work was excellent overall. They came in and did an accurate assessment. We worked through several different options relative to what would be addressing any of my problems or concerns and giving me the right efficiency that I wanted. They installed it and came back and checked on it. They came back and did some adjustments for me and they were very helpful. The price was good.

Requested service on my own home unit and 2 units on rental properties. Given the time of year, the company was very prompt in sending out a technician, who arrived at appointed times (about 15 minutes early in one location). The technician was very helpful, especially in explaining need for replacement part in one unit. The part had to be ordered, and follow- through with replacement took place without any reminder being necessary. The only hitch was minor--I requested that all 3 jobs be recorded on a single invoice, and it took a couple of calls to make this happen, but that was largely because I made my request when the technician arrived for the first job rather than when I first called the company.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. First, they did not try to jerk us around and try to sell us a new HVAC unit. Second, they worked extremely well with us as well as all of the other trades who came in and out. They came when they said they would come. When there was a question about who was to do something, they just took care of it. This was so much different than most of the other contractors that were on this large project, and such a refreshing group of people to work with.

He is excellent. They usually come when you call them and they are punctual. They are professional and friendly. I call them to do a check on the AC system and they will be back again in the fall. I think their prices are competitive.
