I signed a contract with Ager to repair and replace my fence and I gave him $1500 down as a deposit to buy new materials. However he will not return my calls now and will not return my money. He has not even started the work and it has been 42 days since he has cashed the check.

He clearly explained what we would need, and did exactly what he said (and more). Net result, my wife almost had tears in her eyes when she said that she never thought she would see the lawn and beds look as nice as they were when we lived in the home.
As we were out of town, he took it on himself to water regularily, and tend to any weeds while it was on the market.
You will not be disappointed.

Him and his wife painted the inside of my house as well they, made it look wonderful, he and his wife work as a team. They were punctual, very pleasant and polite. It was more like working with a couple of good friends.
