They are very, very honest. It's extremely difficult to find a/c guys that are honest. All the name brands are there to rip one off. They will come and it doesn't matter if one has a brand new a/c unit out there that's just malfunctioning and they'll tell them that they need a whole brand new one again. I've seen it time and again with one company after another. I had to search and talk and chat up with the guys to find somebody who was honest and would fix my system. I finally found a couple of guys who were honest. They want one to charge twice for whatever the unit actually costs plus a 100 and something dollars to put the thing in. I can appreciate if they have to carry the unit on their truck or whatever and that one has to pay for the shipping cost. I expect the price to be higher than what it actually costs for the unit, but not double. I had to search high and low to find a couple of honest brokers who would give me a fair price for the thing. I understood and discussed like a 20% mark-up and that should cover the shipping cost and the personal wear and tear. It's pretty nice when it's 20% of the value of the same when it costs thousands of dollars. We agreed on that instead of double, but that's what the other companies charge. They don't give any break on the thing and they stack one with a full hourly rate per person and they usually have 2 or 3 guys to get the unit in position. I would not go to any of the well known companies again. The ones that advertise the most are the ones that have most of our money to spend on advertising. I would go ahead and use them gladly as I'm happy with them. I find the ones that I like and I found a good a/c guy.
