Took a look at the situation, no groundhog present at this time. Will call them again if I need to.

Snake was already gone. Measures were taken to avoid others coming back.

We had 3 traps set, 2 on trees and one on the ground initially. Caught 1 chipmunk the 2nd day. Traps were moved up on the roof near where possible entries might be to the attic. Did not catch anything, so entries were closed up.

Capturing large number of squirrels and other random wildlife took some time, but Shawn was always great -- friendly, humorous and optimistic. I was confident the whole time he would get the job done right.

Shawn Irish is extraordinarily conscientious! After setting the necessary traps, he frequently returned to check them and reset as necessary, even during a period of snow and freezing temperatures! I witnessed firsthand what Shawn advertises, his “Specializing in Live Humane Removal of Wildlife”. I must admit that the damage wrought by the squirrels made it difficult for me to think “humanely”.

Shawn was great. Responsive when we heard problems, found the breach quickly and removed four squirrels in several inspections, then repaired the breach.

Shawn Irish is great. Prompt and professional. He came out and identified my problem right away and took care of it. He has all the permits he would need to deal with any issue.

The trap must have scared it away because we never caught anything but it's definitely gone.

What a guy! He answered in person, and said he would come over immediately. He is a herpetologist, and former college professor with nerves of iron. He just asked me to pull out an old pillow case while he drove over. Once he arrived, in no more than 15 or 20 minutes, we all walked down to the dock. He pulled back the kayak to reveal one remaining snake, which he immediately grabbed by the neck, showed to us, while he described its identifying markings as a non-venomous water snake (that we had all thought was the similarly colored Copperhead), and inserted it into the pillow case. He took it away with him, and promised to return in upcoming days to find the remaining snakes to remove them as well. We were all extremely impressed and much relieved! We thought we were to have to shoot the snakes. But how do you do that when they are right on your dock? Shawn's approach was the only answer. He told us he also handles general pest management as well, so we will be calling on him from now on. His price for this act of bravery was $149; well worth it to us!

It went well, the trap was set and the squirrel was caught the next morning.

AA Wildlife got rid on some raccoons and possums that found a home in our yard. Also took care of mole problems. Good company and easy to get in contact with the crew.

They had no clue how to get rid of it. They wanted me to cover all my windows and recondition the bird to go away. HA HA HA. That did not happen. Then homeowners complained about the windows being covered.

They came out and did a thorough inspection. They found nothing that needed to be further treated.That is what I wanted to find out: if I needed to have more work done.

Shawn was able to rid our home of raccoons and make all necessary repairs and changes to the exterior of our home to ensure that the problem is not repeated. Shawn is a very knowledgeable and approachable person and knew the appropriate steps to take along the way to ensure that we caught all the raccoons (and an opossum) and could then go safely in the attic to assess the damage done - luckily it was minimal.

we just moved in to our house and found out we had a bat problem in the attic after spotting guano outside. AA came out the same day to review the situation, and came up with a plan. Within a few days they were out to start sealing up the entry holes and create an exit for the bats, and a few days later came back to clean it all up. The Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Hopefully that will take care of the problem once and for all!
