A & M SIDING

In May of 2008, we noticed that the ceiling of our kitchen was getting wet. Upon closer inspection in the attic, we noticed that the roof was leaking in a corner. On Sunday, May 11, we contacted our builder and he told us that the Roofing Contractor was A & M Siding in Mooresville. That afternoon, a thunderstorm caused the kitchen ceiling to cave in, and we also found roof leaks in three other areas of our house. We called A & M, and they said they would come out to the house on Mon. May 12 at 1 P.M. I took off work, and called A & M at 1:30 and she said that she would not be able to make it because she had to finish an inspection in Charlotte and then pick up her daughter from school. I called her back on Tuesday, May 13th to reschedule, no response. I called her back on Friday, May 16th to reschedule, no response. At this point, we need our roof fixed (not to mention our insulation and drywall replaced), so I am going to get (and pay for) another roofer to fix A & M's mistakes. Overall, horrible quality...4 leaks within 15 months of putting on the roof. Will not stand behind their product. Will not respond to numerous messages left with the company.
