They are very prompt and professional, and do a wonderful jobs at tilling and planting.  Everything just looks lovely.  My only comment is that it does take a few days sometimes to get a returned phone call, but nothing that I feel is extravagant.

We are extremely pleased with the results!  The crew arrived on time and were very professional.  The entire project was completed in a day.  It has been 2 weeks since the work was done and everything is thriving and blooming.  We were concerned about the work to create the garden in our side yard because we had Bluebirds nesting in our Bluebird house at that time.  The crew was cautious and respectful of the birds and I'm happy to say our newly hatched baby Bluebirds are doing well.   Willow Branch Landscaping was easy to work with and Cindy really listened and understood our "vision" for our yard.  She is personable, extremely knowledgeable and suggested many plants we weren't familiar with but were exactly what we were looking for.  We would recommend Willow Branch Landscaping to family and friends and we will work with them again if the need arises. 

Willow Branch provided us an estimate that had just a couple of flexible areas ...the amount of pinestraw and planting mix needed. There was a slight underestimate on the amount of planting mix needed, and the adjustment was legitimate. Everything else came in exactly as quoted. They even made a couple of adjustments to the plan for us as we moved forward. Their price was very reasonable compared to another landscaper who quoted us the job. They were timely, easy to reach by phone, easy to work with, and cleaned up every day. We would highly recommend them.
