Auto Body Work
The cost was quite a bit, but her insurance paid for it. We chose to use them because most insurance companies like them and they have life time warranty on all their work.

acificaWilburn auto did a great job start to finish, job to be performed was described in detail including expect the job to take a little longer because the GEICO authorized after market replacement bumper ( a cheap version ) would not fit. After a slight delay OEM part ordered and installed and fit perfectly. Only issue was with Enterprise Rental, nothing to do with Wilburn. The vehicle we requested was not available, and we had to wait an extended period for a replacement, which turned out to be a full size SUV. We requested something smaller, when one became available, we exchanged them, only to get a filthy Jeep Liberty.

The main complaint is that I was called on Wednesday to tell me the truck would be ready on Thursday. On Thursday afternoon, it became Friday. And it wasn't until I called on Friday did I find out it wasn't going to be Saturday but Monday. Prior to this point, I had not put any pressure on them for a delivery date but on that Monday, I asked to be fixed first. The truck wasn't ready until 3 PM. I feel if they are going to call with a delivery that it should then drag out for another 5 days.

They repaired everything. Paint is a perfect match. Other driver's insurance paid bill.
