Not well. Had my home treated because I had termites. After 2 years the termites came back and caused damage. They did not pay for the damage only offered to re-treat the home.

These people are wonderful and I am so glad I found them. They are personable and professional in all dealings and I will definitely continue to use their services.

Since connecting through Angie's List, they have consistently provided quarterly spraying for bugs and my annual Termite inspection.  Their techs are very pleasant and if bugs appear between visits, they will come out at no charge.  I work during the day, so they call a let me know when they are coming and if I need to be there.  Typically, they spray from the outside and it has kept the bugs away from the house.

It went fine but it wasn't satisfactory.

The man who came out did a nice job. He seemed very personable and very nice. They were good. I had no troubles with them. The service was done fairly soon after I purchased the big deal, I think within ten days. I certainly would use them again in the future.

The ValuePest representative was very professional, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. He called our cell phone to let us know exactly when he would be there (after we had been given an approximate time) and to verify directions (which his company had already provided to him). He was very thorough in explaining both the 'what' and 'why' of pest treatment and went about doing his job in a no-nonsense manner.

Steve and Logan did a wonderful job. They sprayed around the house,inside the garage , work shop, under the porch and deck. They were here quite some time, were professional and friendly.  Value Pest come to my house every three months and keep my house termite free and also  free from spiders and other crawling creatures.

The local agent was thorough, prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I cannot say enough nice things about him and his work.  However, it was often difficult to reach someone through the toll free number.  They had changed something about their service and were flooded with other calls.

The representative was very expericenced (I think he said 'over 15 years') and very professional as well as friendly.  Initial visit was over 4 hours and included drilling holes and treating outside both in- and above- ground and then treating the complete inside.  Both return visits included complete retreatment of indoors and above ground treatment outdoors.  We have had no problems with any types of pests.
For the price, service and quality of results so far, I would recommend this company.

We had them come out for treatment, but did not purchase their monthly plan. What we found in 2012 was that some of the drilling did not occur along our back screened-in porch where it reached the concrete slab, only treating the exterior area. The termites came in to that separated space. They should have been more thorough in drilling and putting the solution in; it seems like they did not notice this could be a potential area of infestation. If we took their monthly plan, they may have caught it, but we still should not have had an infestation so soon after the service. Overall, they were not very professional. They had to spray twice and the first individual who came out kept delaying the service and could not see what he was doing. The owner eventually had to come out and re-do the work because the first man did not perform the work properly. The price was under everyone else that we looked into, but quality was certainly very lacking. I would not recommend ValuePest to anyone for termite treatment.

I (unintentionally) delayed reviewing ValuePest's original service visit to my home back in August for their initial termite inspection/treatment.  Since then they have come out a few more times, so I will include those visits in this review as well.  The original service in August went fine.  The technician performed the treatments as described in the section above and went on his way.
In the next few weeks, we were still seeing some bugs on the interior of our home so we called ValuePest and they sent someone out within a few days to do an additional treatment.  We were not charged for the service call.
During my quarterly treatment (11-08-12), the technician noticed some termite mud tubes, behind a rolling toolbox, where the garage floor transitions up to the foundation of the house.  The mud tubes were inactive (no live termites), but he called the office and advised them of his findings.  Later that day, I called the office and they set up a follow-up termite treatment.  A technician came out four days later.  We looked at the wood in the area and did not find any damage.  To be safe, he drilled through the garage floor in about four spots in the vicinity of the mud tubes and injected termiticide.  
I later called the office to touch base with ValuePest about my situation.  I was told that a specific manager would call me back.  After waiting a week and calling three times, I happened to get in touch with the branch manager, Mark.  He was receptive of my questions and explained to me how the termiticide that they use works.  He explained that any live termites were probably killed during the original treatment in August, but that any remaining ones would likely, in time, cross the treated perimeter and be killed off.  He assured me that any future termite damage (with the key being "future") would be covered under the warranty.  
It would have been good if the evidence of termites was found during the original inspection in August.  In their defense, that section of the garage was blocked by a rolling tool chest.  (Although it could have be moved easily enough.)  Also, they dropped the ball by not getting back to me when I called with follow-up questions, but overall I am satisfied with ValuePest.  The office staff and technicians are courteous.  They have been (mostly) responsive to me.  I appreciate that they came back out and additionally treated for termites (whether they needed to or not) and that I've been assured that I'm "ok."  Ultimately, time will tell and I'll certainly update this review as necessary.  The true mark of a service oriented company is not perfection, but how the company reacts when things don't go 100% as planned.  So far, ValuePest has come through.  I look forward to continuing our termite and pest protection relationship for years to come.
