We hired Dean to remove a honey bee hive that had taken up residence inside the wall of the house. He showed up on time and was there most of the morning into the afternoon. He cut a whole on the inside of the wall and carefully removed the bees and relocated them to his apiary. It was important to me to save the bees and he did it successfully. Dean removed the bees and caulked the hole around the light fixture where they original got in. Then he cleaned out the wall, removing everything and bleached it clean. Since Dean is a builder (Trull Builders) he was able to repair and sheet rock the wall for us. The total cost was $400 including the repairs.
The house is brick and the extraction had to be done from inside the house. Other estimates we received started at $450 and did not include repairing the wall. His price was very fair and he did exactly what he said he would do. He was on time and very nice. He also gave me a sample of the honey from his apiary and it was so good that I called him the next day and bought a few bottles!
