HE WAS IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH US, AND EVEN HAD TO RE-DO WORK HE HAD DONE PERFECTLY WHEN THE IRRIGATION COMPANY (FIREHOUSE IRRIGATION)DID NOT MEET THEIR SCHEDULE, AND USED FAULTY EQUIPMENT INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.
