TMT CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING

I contacted Mike about the issue.   He ordered the product and installed the product.  We have used TMT many times in the past and the process always goes smoothly and we are always very pleased with the results.  We will definitely keep using them for our future remodeling, painting and electrical work.

The entire process went extremely well. Mike Mentus (co-owner) was prompt in setting up our first meeting -- and he was on time! He brought pictures of previous projects, and he was very detailed in gathering information. Mike sent us the quote within a week (as promised); he was also very responsive when we asked for clarification. Once we signed the contract, we scheduled construction to begin about a month or so out. We started the project about two weeks later than planned, but Mike gave us updates (without prompting) as to when he thought they could start. TMT disassembled the railing from the cat walk and kept it in tact so we could donate it. They installed the base floor within one day and made arrangements for the inspection as soon as possible. We asked that they add insulation in the floor so that sounds are muffled. Then, TMT installed the Bellawood flooring, base boards and trim/moulding. The ceiling they installed is nearly seamless. We asked them to paint the newly installed ceiling, base boards and trim -- the price was very reasonable. Added bonus in working with TMT: Dog Friendly! Trustworthy (gave them a key to let themselves in/out). Clean and Tidy: They cleaned up every thing before leaving for the day -- everyday!

We have hired TMT for multiple projects. The latest, building a new tile shower for our master bathroom, exceeded our expectations. The company, which is family-owned, is professional, courteous, and patient with our ever-changing specifications. They are reliable, always punctual, and do an excellent job. They take great care to keep our home clean and provide an accurate timeline for project completion.
