Thomas an crew were on time, cleaned up well behind themselfs and was a pleasure to deal with. Something to be said about a company who does what they say they will do.

We called in the Saturday before Labor Day. They were here the following Tuesday right on schedule. The guys were extremely polite and professional.

Great experience. Called up and scheduled an appointment. Tom came on time and was very quick and professional. Did a great job and would definitely use him again.

Everything went very well.  I was glad that the logs all fit in one load.  Thomas was very professional and easy to work with.  He left the area clean.  Price was good for the volume.  I'd definitely would call him again and recommend him to neighbors.

I just was so impressed by Thomas (the Junk Dr)'s service. From the start he was punctual, professional, and a very clear communicator. He was always great at texting/calling to let me know when he would be coming by (for the estimate as well as the job). This was crucial for me since I am a busy mother. 
Thomas was also super helpful in giving me the numbers and addresses for a place to take the old paint cans in our shed (he can't legally take them himself). 
 The job was a really big one, but Thomas stayed within his original estimate, which was fair and very affordable.
They were thorough and ALSO - they didn't mess up our grass or trees! I now wish I had more junk so I could give Junk Dr more business. :) DEFINITELY use them.

He was very attentive to our needs and finished the job in less time than originally estimated. He is a very personable and nice guy. Having dealt with many contractors before, what impressed me most is that he remembered the narrow timeframe I told him that I would be able to accept calls! It had rotten food still in it that I couldn't stomach getting out. He told me not to worry. It was quick and easy. The cost turned out to be less than he first quoted! I will ddefinitely call the Junk Dr. again.|

He was very prompt, polite, and responsive. He came in UNDER his estimate, which never happens hiring contractors. He was great and I suggest Junk Dr to everyone!!

We cut down a tree in our yard and were looking for someone to haul away the debris. My husband called several places and was able to reach no one directly; he had to leave voice mail messages. Thomas was the ONLY one who called him back (and did so very promptly.) He provided an estimate over the phone of $100 - $125 for the service and indicated he was busy the next couple of days (Saturday / Sunday) but could work us in on Monday. Thomas called my husband Monday morning to confirm and presented himself exactly when promised. He hauled away the debris, cleaning up behind himself and charged us the lower end ($100) of his estimate. Excellent service!

He completely emptied a two bedroom apartment. It was ceiling to floor and wall to wall. He's a one man operation. He was professional and stuck to it until it was done. The job took five days. He took the time to separate out what was recyclable and what was trash.
