Heating and Air Conditioning Service
AC WENT OUT OVER JULY 4 WEEKEND - THEY WERE CLOSED FOR FOUR DAYS WITH NO EMERGENCY SERVICE AVAILABLE. THEY DO NOT CONVEY THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. HAD THEM COME OUT TO CHECK UNIT AND WORK WAS NOT PERFORMED CORRECTLY. ALSO MISSED THAT WE NEEDED FREON. I WROTE A LETTER AND RECEIVED CONDESCENDING LETTER BACK BUT THEY DID REFUND OUR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PAYMENT. NOT FRIENDLY. NOT KNOWLEDGABLE.
