I called after finding online and realizing I would not be able to get the water up and save my wood floors by myself. Tim and Connor showed up it seemed like within the hour. They had professional wet dry vaca, water mats for wood floors, dehumidifiers, blowers etc. they also helped me pick up all of the towels placed throughout the house. Tim also reassured me that he would wait for payment from the insurance company, which he did. He also informed me he is a general contractor and presented a bid for floor removal and installing. His workers demo'd the bathroom and laundry room vinyl. Just small items, They left the quarter round that was removed in a separate room in my house and it is still there because I'm receiving other bids. The laundry room doors was also placed in another room on the floor and I had to move it. There were scratches made by their equipment before I knew I was getting a replacement floor. Overall it was a good experience after a very bad occurance.

Sunshine Restoration installed blowers and a dehumidifier and had the problem corrected in a matter of days. He periodically checked on everything over the course of 3-4 days and was prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend his company! We were very satisfied!

Tim and his crew did a good job installing everything. Tim completed everything he was contracted to do and then some. Price was reasonable and would recommend him to anyone.

Tim Crane came to our home to meet with my husband and I. He was on time and very knowledgable about the remodeling process. Tim offered us several different options along with the prices for the options. Tim allowed us to chose what we wanted, with no pressure from him. Once the project started, Tim gave us frequent updates and he was always available to answer questions. It was a wonderful experience!

After discovering a water leak in our downstairs bathroom, we came to know and subsequently contract with Sunrise Renovations to rebuild/remodel our downstairs bathroom after the initial gutting and mold remediation had been completed. The leak near the toilet had severely damaged the room’s subfloor and mold had developed throughout the area. Once that work had been completed the company recommended and put us in contact with Tim Crane, president of Sunshine Restoration Group (We learned afterwards that Sunshine Restoration Group is also qualified and licensed to do mold remediation projects as well). Initially, we believed that the company we had hired was going to complete the whole job from gutting to rebuilding. So when we first talked with Tim we were a little unsure. But after speaking with him we were impressed with how he outlined the process step by step and what he had to offer. We set up a meeting for him to see the bathroom and after this meeting and discussing various issues on the best way to proceed we decided to go with him. It was probably the best decision we made. There were a lot of people involved with this project, carpenters, tile installers, painters, plumbers, etc. It really made a difference in having just one point person to talk to, ask questions of, and to feel like they were responsible for the overall completion of the project. At every level Sunshine Restoration Group did a fabulous job in coordinating the work flow, to keep the project on track and to minimize as much as possible the disruption to our home and our own work commitments. Their professionalism, expertise and customer first focus really helped us feel confident in the successful completion of this project, without what seems to be the usual “surprises” so often associated with remodeling projects. Sunshine Restoration Group made what could have been a very stressful and exasperating experience a far more pleasant one that we had any right to expect. The finished product was more than we could have hoped for. We continue to receive complements on the bathroom whenever someone sees it for the first time. I have recommended Sunshine Restoration Group to several of my friends and associates and they have had very similar experiences. I will definitely use them again for any house renovations that we do in the future.
