Great service! We originally wanted to have new outlets added as well as the USB, however we did not know that would include major drywall removal to do what we wanted. The technician was very helpful in explaining all that would be required and allowed us to change our original request. We ended up just having the USB port done. We really appreciate the honesty and courtesy of the technician! We definitely recommend them!

I was given a quote of $400 but they ended up charging $900 in the end without any head's up or prior information. Of course I paid for it but they shouldn't make wrong commitments or they should at least let the customer know up front that work is going to cost double of what was quoted earlier.

Work went very well. Service manage was prompt and sent a quote in a timely manner. Electrician ran late from another job but they kept me up to date on arrival time. His work was first class and I felt I was getting a quality and safe installation. He brainstormed a solution to a difficult problem and he solved it without any issues to my satisfaction. Pricing was more than fair compared to other quotes. Thanks.
