The pricing was outrageous. I told them on the phone, the roof is only 5 years old. Said he would come back later when it's not so hot and the roof's not wet. This was Thursday, didn't call me Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. On Tuesday he calls me and says he's sorry and he forgot. It my opinion they showed up, saw it was a new roof, thought there's no real work to be done here, I'll get to 'em when i get to 'em, circle back around 5 days later. So he comes out, gets up on the roof and says it's only a couple of pop nails and some caulking and it shouldn't take too long, and that's what he did; he was out there probably an hour. Come to find out, and this is where I messed up, I didn't ask for an estimate. When he told me what was wrong, I did not expect the bill I got. It was probably 3 or 4 times what I should have paid. The only reason I did end up paying it was because I was between a rock and a hard place with all the bad weather coming through, I couldn't do anything. SO I paid the guy, he drove off. I told him, I need a detailed receipt, or invoice, because I'm going to deduct it from my taxes. Hadn't heard from him in 2 weeks, talked to the owner and he said no problem, I'll get it to you on Monday. That was a week ago.Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them to fix my dog's house, let alone anything else.
