In one word: FANTASTIC! Mr. Russell and his crew were great. Yes, there was one glitch but this was overcome in a more than satisfactory manner. His goal is to do a great job for his client it was very evident that he does indeed. He explains everything, sometimes things that you may not even think about. When he left, except for the missing trees, my yard was very clean and neat and they even removed one small bush that I had killed previously and repaired a bird bath drip line.

I would not hesitate to contact this service in the future and recommend them highly. I received this referral, however, from a neighbor who had work done previously and they were pleased as well.

Needed 10 large Bradford Pear trees removed, stumps included. Russel came out on time and gave me an estimate. I told him to proceed with the job. He said that he was very busy but that he thought he could do the work in a couple weeks. Russel and his crew come out and had the trees down and out very quickly. They were very good at cleaning - actually raking the whole area - hardly a leaf left on the ground. The stumps were ground. Except for the stum grindings, all material was ground up and hauled away. I was very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend R&R. Good job Russel!

Removed one medium sized tree that was partially down and partially up and a dangling limb nearby. Also, downed a large willow or water oak at the back of our lot that was mostly dead. They chippered up the limbs and smaller stuff and put it where we wanted. We had given them permission to remove a small oak and a fallen oak if they were in their way which they did. They ended up removing the largest piece of the trunk which they said they would do if it was not diseased. That was a real plus as we have enough large sections of oak laying around our woods. It was pitch black when they finished the job that evening so we asked if we could look at their work in the daylight the next day before we payed them. Russell was understanding of our request. We saw a couple of things which they made right the next day without complaint. Russell was very pleasant to work with. He also did work for three other neighbors in our neighborhood this fall.
