They came with a horse. My yard is down sloping towards the back. They had to come by the side driveway. I was impressed by the horse but I was more impressed by their punctuality. They actually said more than they said they were going to do. It is always good to negotiate the price. There were about six men and they worked very hard all day to get the job done. They were reasonably priced.

We were very happy with the service provided by Mr. Watkins and his team and felt their price was reasonable for the size of the trees they had to remove. They did a great job cutting down the large pine trees and branches without hitting my saucer magnolia which was in close proximity. They also did a great job cleaning up all of the debris in the yard and on the road. We will use them again in the future.

Mr. Watkins did remove tree and stump, but while doing so damaged one of the smaller trees lining my driveway. I was out of the house at the time and did not notice the damage until after he and his crew left. He failed to mention it when I handed him his check. Also at one point, he asked that I go on a chow run to the local Bojangles for him and his crew. I refused.

We called Renzel because he was recommended by a neighbor. He came by that afternnoon to give an estimate on the 2 big trees. His estimates were considerably less than others we had gotten (huge trees, one leaning toward our house). We set him up to take out one which he did the next day. We later decided we wanted him to take out the other one. It took him a bit longer to get to that than he had led us to believe, but he did come and do it within a couple of weeks. We then asked him to take out some smaller trees and limbs which he did a few days later. he successfully took out all the trees and cleaned up well. Other people had told us how hard one of the trees would be to remove and had given very high estimates, but Renzel managed without bringing in any heavy equipment.
