Excellent customer service is a rarity in today's world, so when I encounter it, I feel compelled to share my experience. I highly recommend PR Mechanical. Our air conditioning unit was inoperable, and Charliey provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. Although the necessary part did not arrive until 4:30 pm, he still made the effort to complete the repairs and ensured everything was functioning properly, following up with us first thing this morning to make sure all was well. His pricing was competitive and reasonable, with no additional fees for the late-hour service.

Service was done in a timely manner, Charlie was very courteous and he listened to my explaining the problem, he didn’t try to out talk me, and he didn’t try to sell me something.
