 + -1 morePIER POINTE WAS RESPONSIVE PRIOR AND DURING THE PROJECT AND INSTALLATION, HIS ESTIMATE WAS FAIR AND THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, IN THE FIRST SEVERAL MONTHS WE LOST MANY PLANTS. GREG ADVISED THIS WAS DUE TO LACK OF WATER AND DESPITE A NEW IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND OUR DISAGREEMENT, HE AGREED ONLY TO REPLACE THE PLANTS AT A SPLIT COST TO US. WE PAID HALF THE INSTALLATION ($650) WITH THE AGREEMENT THAT HE WOULD RETURN AND CHECK IN TO BE SURE ALL WAS OK THEN PAY THE BALANCE. PIER POINTE DID NOT RETURN. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS IN APRIL AND ONE VISIT AT OUR REQUEST TO SURVEY THE ADDITIONAL LOSS OF PLANTS/GROUNDCOVER AND BUSHES (OVER 350 PLANTS HAVE BEEN LOST FROM LAST YEAR AND PIER POINTE HAD NO EXPLANATION). WE HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM PIERPOINT TO DATE. WE WILL BE HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE SPRING TO REPLACE THIS SIGNIFICANT LOSS.
Description of Work: PIER POINTE LANDSCAPE WAS HIRED TO DO AN EXTENSIVE LANDSCAPING PROJECT INCLUDING CLEANUP AND INSTALLATION OF PLANTS/TREES IN A PORTION OF OUR BACKYARD. WE HAD PLANS DRAWN UP FROM A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT THAT PIER POINTE FOLLOWED. THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED IN MAY OF 2011.
