Dave called to confirm my online quote request almost immediately, which was scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time the following morning and provided a nice written estimate in my email the same day. Not only was his quote the lowest of the 3 that my wife and I received, he was also by far the friendliest person that we met with. Dave and his crew showed up on time for the job, and without hesitate jumped right in to help my wife and I, who had not quite finished moving all of the large items out of our home. They knocked out the entire job in two days, and even went out and grabbed the new shoe molding for us since we were not exactly sure what, or how much to get. Overall my wife and I cannot recommend Platinum Floors enough! They are not only amazing at what they do, but also amazing guys.

great company easy to work with

Dave goes above and beyond to help. He found the laminate floor that exactly matched my floor, and picked it up for me so that I wouldn't have to pay a shipping fee. Then he and Daniel did such an excellent job that you cannot tell what was repaired. Dave always called when he was on his way. He and Daniel were courteous, professional, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs floor repair, and would hire them in the future, should the need arise.
