Could not have gone smoother. Mr. Lainey was prepared for any peripheral problems and he ran into a couple.

They were prompt with their services and always did what they said they were going to do. This company was very easy to work with and had no problem coming back out to our home if we needed them to. I would recommend them to anyone!

He was inexpensive, and did an unbelievable job. I filed for the permit, and he helped me with it. I was moving from New Jersey, and every time he asked to meet me, he was there. He did the work in one day, and the following day, the inspector came out to look at it, and he was done by 9 in the morning the next day. His equipment was up on his truck. Everybody else in the area was expecting $7000-$8000. I am a contractor, so we just hit it off. When you have been in the industry for a long time, you can tell if people are taking you for a ride or not. We rehired him to regrade our property here, and he did that in half a day, and charged me about $2000. The biggest problem we had was the county. I started the project in mid July, and we never got the permit until September 15th. When he came here to grade, he had another job to finish, and he was half a day late then when he said he would. He is top notch and he is very honest. He was very punctual, and polite. There was no wasted motion, they had machines, and they knew how to use them.

When Matt arrived, he checked the pumps functionality and it appeared to be working (that morning it wasn't working; in hindsight, the pump had probably overheated and was not working while it cooled off). However, it was acting strangely and cutting on and off in rapid succession. Matt believed there could be a malfunction with the floats (that send a message to the pump to turn on and off), but he suggested we contact an electrician before we invest in a new float mechanism). We did, but the problem WAS NOT with the float itself. Rather, the floats were set at improper heights and were sending conflicting messages to the pump (this was determined by us when the electrician was at our home the next day). It is disappointing that Matt was not able to see that the float heights were too close together to function properly.

Timely, personable and price seemed to meet my expectations.
