HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE BUT WE FOUND OUT THAT WE DIDN'T NEED OUR SEPTIC PUMPED! SO WE FEEL WE MAY HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WASN'T NECESSARY. PLUS, WHEN THEY DUG UP THE SEPTIC I ASKED THEM TO SAVE THE SOD WE HAD PUT DOWN AFTER THE TANK HAD ONLY BEEN PUMPED A YEAR AGO, BUT THEY DESTROYED THE GRASS, DIDN'T EVEN TRY.
