"As a company we would rather not have to air this response but since the homeowner posted this review, we felt we had to defend our reputation. When our technician first arrived at the home, he stated that the homeowner was incoherent and seemed to be intoxicated. Our tech then asked where the equipment was and started troubleshooting the air conditioner. He performed the suggested repairs, got the system cooling, was paid and left. The customer then called back a few days later stating the system was not cooling again. So, we immediately sent a second technician out to the home and he found the Freon charged needed to be adjusted which happens from time to time. He performed the repair which we did at no charge. After telling the homeowner the problem and fixing it he was not happy with the second technician's diagnosis and started to yell profanities at him. The homeowner then came out of the home with a firearm on his hip and proceeded to argue with our technician further. With the situation escalating and our technician feeling threatened, we told the technician he should pack up and leave. We are sorry that the customer was unhappy with our service, but we feel that the service was performed promptly and professionally."
