They rebuilt the laptop.  Then, after we reinstalled some software it now has a periodic freeze.  It may be because it is on the vista operating system.  It is not bad but it just has issues, so we are going to live with it for now.  When we reboot we reboot in safe mode and it does not have any issues when we do that, but I cannot figure out which piece of software we added on.  My overall experience with them was great.  The price was reasonable.  They definitely fixed the problem, but they took a little longer than I expected.
