Adriano and his crew did everything they said they would and then some. They were efficient and wasted no time. Everyone knew their jobs without apparent direction. When the crews came onsite they went right to work. They all knew exactly what to do. One of our main concerns was the installer taking our deposit and then dogging the start date... or starting the job but having interruptions and delays before the job finished. Our experience was just the opposite. When they said they would be onsite at 0800, they arrived at 0800. When they asked if it would be OK to start at 0730, they arrived at 0730. Do not be mislead by Adriano's low key demeanor. He's all about customer satisfaction. We did most of our remote communication by SSMS/text. He always promptly replied to my many questions and concerns. Having hardwoods refinished and installed in 80 percent of the living area of our home was a BIG deal. Not only in $$$, but also in inconvenience. We needed to live offsite for 5 days... one for staining; 3 coats of clear; and one day to cure. Adriano's crew completed the job in a very tight schedule. Any delays in their work meant we were going to need to add to our time out of the house. We were fortunate to land a comfortable airBnb, but if we needed to extend we might have ended up in a $200 / night hotel. Those costs add up quick... Our original intent was to limit the new wood to just the family room. Adriano pointed out that adding the guest hallway, with it's two closets, would add more value to the job. I really had not considered the guest hall, but now that we did it, we love it. Only the bedrooms are carpted. Adding wood to the guest hall creates a sense of a more expansive wood floor, but added marginal costs to the job. The finished product is impeccable. We are unable to see where the old floor ended and the new wood was added. They "feathered" in the new wood and restained everything. Now it looks like all of the wood was there all along. The only downside... These floors are so beautiful that we don't want to move our old furniture back in. Looks like we are off to BLACKLION to up fit our living room. At the end of the day, we are grateful that we have such a beautiful living space, the job was deployed with military precision, all at a very competitive market price. We shopped 3 A+ rated Angies List floor vendors two years ago. We got quotes two years ago. At the time Adriano came in with the lowest number. When we were finally ready to deploy this year we had Adriano re-quote the job, he was well within our margin of expectation, and he got the job. And we never second guessed that decision. This was an excellent experience... We are delighted with all aspects of the job.

These guys were wonderful. Quick to respond to emails regarding job details. They moved my furniture and replaced it and have the house clean and looking wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better service.

Adriano and his work crew did a wonderful job refinishing our oak floors. Adriano spent time helping me pick out the stain color and answered all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring, and his demeanor is friendly and professional.
