The experience was very good, the tile work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves so that everything looked very good. We had a problem with one of the new toilets leaking and Buddy sent out a plumber to fix the problem which was a defective toilet not the installation. The plumber went out to get a replacement toilet and installed it. It worked fine after that. Buddy did not charge us anything extra for that.
