Wayne is absolutely a professional. He is what I call “old school service”. He is courteous, and digs in to figure out exactly what you need. I purchased my, older model, central vacuum hose from him. All I did was show him a picture of my unit and the model information tag that is on my unit. He took it from there to find my outdated hose. I had him come to service my central vac and he did an extremely thorough job for a shockingly reasonable price. I could not give him a higher recommendation.

Took it in and had it back in a couple of day. Had it tuned up and cleaned. Clutch was repaired. Looks and works like new. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. I definitely will tell everyone with vacuum problems to take the vacuum here
