THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY NICE, BUT WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE GLASS ON A FRIDAY AND THE WORK WASN'T DONE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY. I CALLED ON TUESDAY AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD BE OUT LATER THAT AFTERNOON. HE DID PHONE TO LET ME KNOW HE COULDN'T MAKE IT AND WOULD BE OUT ON WEDNESDAY. ON WEDNESDAY I CALLED WHEN HE DIDN'T ARRIVE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND HE TOLD ME THAT SOMETHING HAD COME UP AND HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT AFTERNOON, AND HE WAS.

OWNER HAS BEEN RUDE, HAS FAILED TO HONOR HIS COMMITMENTS, WON'T RETURN CALLS, HAS MADE AN AMAZING VARIETY OF EXCUSES, BUT HE JUST WON'T FINISH THE PROJECT, AFTER INSTALLING WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WAS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED ON EVERY LEVEL WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.

WE NEVER RECEIVED PAPER WORK FOR HIS PURPORTED 10 YEAR GUARANTEE. SOME OF THE WOOD WASN'T SANDED, STUCK OUT, AND THE OVERALL QUALITY SEEMS TO BE MEDIOCRE. FURTHERMORE, HE CONVINCED MY WIFE TO USE MIRRORS IN THE FAMILY ROOM ON ONE WALL. HE SAID HE'D COME ON A CERTAIN DATE, DIDN'T SHOW, MADE EXCUSES, AND SET ANOTHER DATE. HE STILL HASN'T SHOWN AND WE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM.

SCOTT CLEVELAND OWNS THE COMPANY AND IS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS VERY NICE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE IS THAT HE WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER THAN WHAT HE SCHEDULED. HE DID CALL BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME AND TELL ME THAT HE WAS RUNNING LATE.
