+ -1 moreAfter contacting and arranging a time that was mutually acceptable for both of us they never showed up. After contacting again, we were informed that they had entered the appointment on the wrong week. Another date was set and they arrived to do the inspection. They said an estimate would be put together and provided. I have never seen an estimate despite numerous follow ups by phone and email. I should have just used Angies list in the first place where I have never had an issue with any providers.
Description of Work: This company was recommended by a contractor to look at a potential construction problem.
